For some people, undertaking a new lifestyle, nutrition and exercise plan all in one go is a lot to take on and juggling this with your current work & home life can be difficult if you aren’t organised.

In order to succeed and reach your weight loss/toning goal, it is essential that you are consistently following your nutritional plan. Therefore, I will sit down with you and write up each meal for the week with you so that you hit your target macros each day.

The meal plans don’t have to be rigid, in fact by creating a number of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ‘meals’ it will allow you to mix and match to ensure you don’t get bored.

If you’re going to buy a yoghurt for example, can you identify which the healthiest choice is?  Do you understand the nutritional labels and ingredients on the foods you’re buying to enable you to confidently identify whether an item packaged as ‘healthy’ truly is or not? How do you avoid the temptations of buying junk food?
