Deep’s sessions are power packed and kick ass with a mix of HIIT, weight training and ab workouts. She gives a lot of importance to stretching, hydrating and Abs which I have noticed is minimized or overlooked generally.

I have been working out with her for 4 months now and have improved stamina and muscle gain.

She is keen in observing performances for the day & understands that I may or may not have the same energy levels weekends or after office hours and modifies classes to effectively personalize every session.

She is very passionate about her work and offers a lot of tips, material and urges me to work out off days or eat right with little reminders or notes.

I work out 3 days a week with her, her sessions are affordable with flexible timings, given a short notice too.
